Shipping + Handling

Please note these are handmade to order items. Generally, we ship within 7-14 business days of receiving your order.  If you need an order sooner please contact us at hello@societeurbane.com to see if faster delivery is available.  

There are two options for shipping— with or without insurance via USPS. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail come with tracking and insurance through the USPS. Generally, these packages arrive in 2-3 business days once shipped.

The other option is Flat-rate shipping—while it is tracked by the USPS this rate is not insured. General delivery is 3-5 business days depending on postal service and area of delivery.

If you have concerns with receiving packages (or place a large order), we highly recommend choosing the upgrade option that includes USPS insurance. Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
